Bloody Mary is the perfect hangover cure and is really popular with diners at our Sosban Sunday Brunch – it’s also easy to make at home. The earthy tasting tomato juice tastes bright and sweet against the celery salt and the celery garnish. It goes perfectly with the French Toast and Caramelised Apple that we serve for Sunday Brunch.
The name ‘Bloody Mary’ is associated with a number of historical figures particularly Queen Mary I of England.
